Cambridge Chamois Cream is a totally natural, beautifully blended anti-bacterial, breathable blend of anti-friction cream conceived to prevent and then help to fix saddle soreness.
Ideal for cycling, and deliberately formulated by Master Blender Narynda to be 'female friendly', it's every bit as good for the irritations and inflammations that come from other sports too. It's perfect for anyone susceptible to chafing, with its gentle but highly protective formula. Even the most sensitive skin should benefit.
Containing beeswax, cocoa butter, clay and essential oils of tea tree and lavender, it's non-greasy, and easy to apply either directly to the skin or the chammy pad or material. It washes easily and can be reapplied simply as often as you need. Oh, and it smells just delicious!
Awarded a Bikes Etc. Gold Award with 10/10 rating.
David Mitchell, Co-Founder of Whoosh Cambridge - a cycling inspired collection, was one of the first to test Cambridge Chamois Cream. He was impressed:
When we suggested to Narynda that she make a Chamois Cream with all natural ingredients we had no idea if it was possible or what the result would be.
What she has produced is quite astonishing. A cream unlike any other I've tried before.
Most creams are unpleasantly wet and greasy and that's what I expected from this, but Narynda's cream is the opposite.
It felt a little thicker than most others I've tried and upon application seemed to instantly disappear rather than stay on the surface of the skin. I thought how is this going to work?
But work it does! No unpleasant wet slipperiness or horrible tingling, just a smooth dry comfortable feeling with no friction or soreness. It's wonderful and the bonus is that unlike other creams you don't need to lather on huge quantities - being less wet, much smaller amounts are needed and a little does go a long way.
All this with 100% natural ingredients, no parabens and suitable for men and women. It's a winner!

Most family operations like Cambridge Chamois Cream can't count on a supreme skincare blender like Narynda Kumar to be formulating their products...
Alex and his small team do (she's his mother-in-law!), which ensures that the quality of the products from this proudly Cambridge-based company will always be high class.
Narynda began formulating, mixing and testing her own homemade creams after she developed acute stress-induced dermatitis in the wake of a family upheaval. She kept her own bees, having learnt that local honey could soothe her children's hayfever, and started to use the leftover beeswax from her honey harvest to create her own skincare products.
Along with cocoa butter, shea butter and essential oils, Narynda honed a uniquely intense, healing cream that helped repair her skin naturally. Since then she has formulated products for face and body people of all ages, with the focus on healing sensitive skin.
She sells her Narynda range of products through her own website, as a market trader in Cambridge of many years standing and via online retailers Lovelula and Not On The High Street, plus local boutiques.
Cambridge Chamois Cream came about when Narynda chatted with fellow market stall holders selling cycling memorabilia. They were also keen cyclists and discussions turned to whether she would be interested in formulating a high quality, natural Chamois Cream.
After several months of testing and experimenting to find the perfect balance, the team found on a Chamois Cream that really delivered.
