The Endura Urban 3 in 1 Waterproof Jacket is aimed squarely at the all-weather commute and is a top quality commuter jacket that will see you through inclement weather year round. The light weight 2.5 layer fabric is breathable and waterproof, and has a fully seam sealed construction to ensure it'll cope with anything urban cycling can throw at it.

The Exoshell20 outer jacket sandwiches a waterproof PU membrane between a soft polyester face fabric and a super-fine denier tricot inner to provide a comfortable piece with 10,000mm waterproof rating and excellent breathability of 20,000g/m2/24 hours. This means that rain cant get in, but just as importantly means that sweat doesnt build up inside and cause dampness.

The ergonomic female-specific fit and fully sealed panel seams keep the elements at bay, while the mesh liner helps with breathability and allows for airflow. For extra 'air conditioning', you can unzip the underarm vents.

In colder temperatures, the gilet can be added to the outer for extra insulation, or used on its own in dryer conditions. The Primaloft filling of the gilet uses synthetic fibres to trap heat and retain warm air next to the body, whilst the sleeveless nature of the gilet means that the core can be insulated without adding awkward bulk to the arms.

  • Waterproof and breathable Exoshell20™ 3 layer fabric outer shell in a fully seam sealed construction

  • Detachable internal PrimaLoft® Gilet provides optional insulation

  • Ventilation via underarm zipped vents

  • Roll away hood

  • Discrete reflective panels on sleeves and rear for 360 night time visibility

  • Bonded storm flap, zipped hand warmer pockets and internal zipped chest pocket

  • Popper cuff adjustment

  • Waterproof 10000 mm

  • Breathability 20000g

  • Weight 650 grams size medium

Endura Size Guide

Endura are a Scottish company to the core - that means that they understand the British physique better than most. Whilst the cut of their products does vary (a premium road jersey will naturally be more fitted than a baggy MTB jersey) the sizing is very representative.

Endura - you see a lot of it around, don't you? So you may be guilty of assuming it's a bit... generic? Despite our founders Liz and Phil successfully using Endura kit on their2010 odysseyfor a while we were a little guilty of the same prejudice. Turns out nothing could be further from the truth, especially with a depth of female design talent in their ranks!

Endura was founded in Scotland in 1993 with a no-nonsense commitment to improving the performance and function of cycling kit for everyone. From the start, it was a maverick brand, with a stated philosophy of 'Renegade Progress'. Endura quickly launched a range of novel and challenging products that have gone on to earn iconic status within cycling and have frequently reset benchmark for function and durability for the industry.

Over a generation, all of this has seen Endura evolve from a proudly Scottish local brand to a global stalwart of the cycling sector. And with that has come the real fun. Today, they match great finish, fit and robustness with fabulous styles and colourways. And they're associated with some of the most exciting names in cycling.

If it's good enough for the likes of the Cervelo Bigla women's pro team, paralympians like Denise Schindler, Movistar's male megastars like Nairo Quintana and Alejandro Valverde... then it's more than good enough for us!

And that's without mentioning arguably the most recognisable cycling star of them all: Scotland's own Danny MacAskill. This video gives a flavour of Danny in his home surroundings - using Endura to better effect than most of us can ever dream of...!
