The Daze is designed to perform superbly, to the point where all you may notice is the comfort you feel - and the admiring glances. The side-panel construction and set-in sleeves tailor the jersey's fit, allowing the technical fabric to wick effectively. The arm grippers, neck seam stretch tape and silicone hem gripper enhance the shaping. As well as the three deep rear pockets, there's a 'hidden' pocket for your valuables.
Morvélo have a self-professed obsession with each garment's technical details, but the team are also passionate about the aesthetic design of their clothes. Oli Pepper and Dave Marcar are bike nuts to the core. They've spent most of their lives riding and racing all kinds of bikes, plus nearly as long in the worlds of graphic design and branding. In 2009, they decided to combine their passions and expertise and created Morvélo - to encompass cycling 'in all its forms'.
Since then, from their Brighton base, the firm has grown through private financing from their friends and customers - often one and the same! Today they are amongst the rising stars of the British cycling sector. They remain independently owned an proudly British, and so able to put their own distinctive mark on their ever expanding range of stunning cycling gear. They explore themes that combine cycling with wider influences from art, fashion, film and music. And they do it with real individuality and class. Their women's range is growing fast, and they have 'real' women as part of their team both to design and test all their products. Just some of the reasons why we like them so much!
On top of their great clothing, they are always looking to expand their influence within the cycling world more broadly - hence their collaborations with brands as iconic as the Tour de France, the Bicycle Academy and Look Mum No Hands, and cycling events.
