 To choose to ship your order with Next Day Delivery, all products must be eligible for the service for the option to then be selected in the "Shipping" section of the checkout.
Eligible products can be identified by the  symbol on the product page.

Fulfilling your order

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of receiving them – the same day provided we hold the items in stock and your order arrives before 1pm.

In order to offer the broad range of styles and sizes we have on our site, we occasionally have to order products from our suppliers before we can fulfil an order. Depending on the supplier, this can sometimes lead to minor delays in dispatching.

Feel free to contact us if you have not received a confirmation of shipment notification within 5 working days of placing your order.  


What is 'Standard UK Delivery'?

All UK deliveries are delivered 'Royal Mail Tracked'. You can find the tracking information for your parcel within the shipping confirmation email that you will receive as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail Tracked means you can track your order during its journey to you. As it needs no signature, if it's small enough to fit through your letter box it will arrive that way. If you are not around, Royal Mail will either leave your order with a neighbour or leave a card with further collection details.

Please note that we are only able to lodge a complaint with the Royal Mail for late delivery to UK addresses once 10 working days have elapsed since sending.


Do you deliver to PO Boxes or BFPOs?

Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to these addresses.


What packaging do you use to mail goods?

We use a range of packaging, depending on the size and weight of the goods being dispatched. One of our abiding principles is to use an environmentally friendly approach to packaging.

While we have very little control over the way our suppliers choose to package their products, we are pleased to say that our external mailing bags and boxes are now all 100% recyclable.
