The Sentry Stolen Goat Orkaan Everyday Jersey suits temperatures from 4 to 16°C, meaning it comes into its own in changeable conditions. The Orkaan Everyday is designed to act as a sealed ‘capsule’ to minimise the discomforts of wind and rain and help you remain at a comfortable temperature in changeable conditions.
The water and wind repellent fabric retains a good level of breathability that can easily be compromised by thicker fully waterproof apparel. The jersey allows your body to control its temperature while the wind resistant shell stops the cold air from penetrating. There's no risk of overheating on the climbs before freezing on the descents thanks to the Orkaan's clever design.
The soft fleece-like Roubaix lining means it is comfortable against the skin when worn in isolation. Only at the lowest end of the temperature scale would you need to consider a base layer.
The covered zip helps protect against wind and cold penetration, a key benefit on those lengthy descents or the coldest of ride temperatures.
The rear pockets are made of Pixel100 fabric. Subtle in design, it’s a fabric that packs a punch in adverse conditions and deteriorating light. It offers greater visibility by reflecting light from car headlights should you find yourself getting caught out by low light conditions or want to increase your visibility at night.
Great cycling kit can be ruined with a cheap zip. The YKK camlock is the best zip money can buy, allowing riders to fix a position without fear of it loosening with movement or the airflow from a descent. Another key feature is the zip garage. A simple and ingenious detail at the top of the zip that you won’t notice until you wear a jersey that doesn’t have it. Any jersey, particularly close fitting, with the zip fully closed can be uncomfortable; but the zip garage houses the zip minimising any discomfort to your neck.
The fourth water resistant stash pocket has a zip to save you losing valuables if you go over a big bump. It also protects vulnerable items like credit cards from potential damage and can even fit small phones.

When Stolen Goat launched in 2012, Founder Tim Bland had a solid, interesting and lucrative job. What kind of a fool would leave that behind? Well, our kind of fool!
He'd had enough of the 9 to 5 routine and wanted to find a way to be productive, efficient and creative, whilst creating something of his own and being able to pursue his passions. Stolen Goat allowed him to combine all of these things and keep a smile on his face.
In creating and nurturing Stolen Goat into the respected clothing manufacturer that it is today, Whilst growing the Stolen Goat team and range, Tim's been able to keep loving the great outdoors and spend time with his young family - but also create a thriving firm that's straight from the heart. Stolen Goat has been a deliberately slow burn in becoming part of the fabric of cycling over a number of years; nothing worthwhile happens overnight. Today the quality, designs and durability are a match for any of the more recognised names out there.
We've got to know Stolen Goat over many years, and have witnessed the undimmed pride and passion that go into it. We're confident you'll like them.
And then there's the question of the name. It's all to do with the day that student Tim lost a bet that result in him 'borrowing' a pedigree goat from a cashmere farm high in the Himalayas and crossing a continent in the company of said goat. They ended up pedalling across Turkmenistan heavily disguised on a tandem, and the rest is history. Or is it...?

This top is just perfect, the cut is spot on but consider ordering a size up - similar sizing to Castelli.
Stolen Goat is my now 'go to brand' for excellent quality at a reasonable price.
Great service from Velo Vixen too - cheaper than SG website!
