The Tifosi Scalare Disc road bike is designed for riders looking for a carbon fibre road bike with full disc brakes at 'entry level' prices brimming with features normally associated with far more expensive models. The experts agree, with plenty of 9/10 reviews already in the bag for the Scalare.

Whether you're a seasoned sportive participant or just getting into the wonderful world of road cycling, this Women's specific spec Tifosi Scalare will work brilliantly for you.

Using a blend of carbon fibres, Tifosi have shaved fully 200g off the latest Scalare, creating an intoxicating balance between lightness, strength and responsiveness. It's fully compatible with mechanical and electronic groupsets if you chose to customise it, and offers tones of clearance to fit it's Michelin Dynamic Sport 700 x 25mm, 25mm being the preferred choice for both speed, comfort and handling.

Designed and assembled in the UK, it's not just lighter: the new Scalare has worked improved comfort levels into the frame. The rear stays have been rejigged to reduce road vibrations whilst never risking the rigidity of the frame.

This means you can ride more efficiently, especially whilst climbing, but feel more comfortable than ever as your hours in the saddle clock up.

This Tifosi Scalare 105 package is
exclusive to VeloVixen - certain components have been upgraded to suit female riders better. See 'Tech Spec' for more detail.
All bikes are built and checked by a qualified mechanic, when receiving the bike, the front wheel will need to be attached, bars may also need attaching (simply 4 bolts) and from time to time the seatpost. This is very easy to do, though if you have any questions on how to do this please contact us and we can guide you.

Who's Behind It?

It took us 7 years within the women's cycling world before we chose our first bike brand. That says a lot about Tifosi.

What we love about British brand Tifosi is their exceptional blend of passion for cycling, knowing what is truly important in a bike, and packaging it all up at prices that represent real bang for your buck.

Plus, they still have that niche kudos that will intrigue your fellow riders as they quitely covet your steed!

Formed in 2000, the Tifosi team wanted to create a bike range that would withstand everything that British cycling conditions could throw at them. And they planned to do that using the best European components whilst keeping prices really competitive.

Their reputation quickly bloomed thanks to great reviews and a fantastic reception from those in-the-know.

Over the years, Tifosi's elite teams have collected dozens of podiums on their hardware, illustrating their quality against the best.

]In 2019, their commitment to women's cycling hit new heights as they launched (perhaps ironically?!) Brother UK - Tifosi powered by OnForm, blending youth and experienced riders.

Once again, their success has helped prove the quality of Tifosi bikes, and with VeloVixen on board we're expecting to see plenty more women choosing Tifosi over more 'household' names...
